  • Discovery – We sit down and ask detailed questions about your district, your requirements, your expectations, and together we define metrics for success.
  • Planning – We plan for successful implementation. We identify the project team, refine the detailed project plan, and develop a communication plan designed to ease transition.
  • Implementation – We execute to the plan – together – and implement your SchoolMAX Enterprise system, deliver your reports, and train your users.
  • Ongoing Customer Care – We provide you with the ongoing customer care your school district needs to maximize your investment in your SchoolMAX Enterprise system
