Our powerful ad-hoc query tool allows you to design sophisticated queries against any information in the SchoolMAX database. This functionality allows you the flexibility to generate reports tailored to your needs with key information highlighted.

How does SchoolMAX handle reporting in my state?
State and federal reporting compliance is paramount. SchoolMAX understands this. To ensure your state and federally mandated reporting requirements are met, SchoolMAX builds and delivers reports for your school district based upon your state’s unique requirement. SchoolMAX keeps the state reporting current and up to date for you provided you are current with your software maintenance agreement.

Does the SchoolMAX system have standards-based report cards?
Yes. SchoolMAX Enterprise provides your teachers the flexibility of calculating grades automatically based on either testing standards or your criteria.

How can SchoolMAX help my students do better on the state tests?
At SchooMAX, we believe that technology should make your job easier, so you can spend more time preparing your students for standardized tests. Yes. SchoolMAX provides you with an integration tool called ConnectMAX. ConnectMAX has a SIF compliant agent that provides you with the ability to integrate your existing applications to SchoolMAX Enterprise using the SIF standard.

We’re a small district, so how could we ever afford SchoolMAX?
With SchoolMAX Enterprise, you have the flexibility of purchasing those solutions that best fit your needs and your budget. Perhaps your greatest need is reporting capabilities. With SchoolMAX, you can purchase the Reports & Analytics component solely to address that immediate need. The following modules are available to purchase as a stand-alone system:

    • Reports & Analytics
    • Special Education & Case Management
    • Assessment
    • Communicator
    • Scheduler.

 Additionally to meet your budget, your school district has the option of an in-house self-hosted or an Application Solution Provider (ASP) system implementation. The ASP option provides small districts with the ability to have their SchoolMAX Enterprise systems hosted on the MAXIMUS web portal, offering them all of the robust, feature-rich functionality at lower costs.

In what size districts could I generally find SchoolMAX?
SchoolMAX Enterprise is highly scalable and is found in a wide range of school districts from the smallest to the largest. SchoolMAX clients include state-wide implementations to implementations in school districts with only 100 students.

Who is your biggest client? Or how large is your biggest client?
In terms of student population, currently, Los Angeles Unified School District is SchoolMAX’s biggest client with one million students.
